Details: For information and scheduling processing, call the plant, leave your name and Sep will get back to you. They just opened so they are busy and he is often not near the phone. They will be taking customers by late spring 2006. They have many types of valued added processing (sausage, grinding, vacuum packing) They will be processing chickens, hogs, and custom beef (not for resale). They will be processing other species in future.
