General Description: Mesa Farm is located in South Central Utah, very near Capitol Reef National Park. We are committed to sustainable small scale agriculture. We have been farming here for more than 20 years.

We are working with 50 acres, 40 acres are flash flood river bottom used to provide a goat herd of 45 + does with browse. There are 60 fruit trees, four acres of rotational pasture, a vegetable garden and a greenhouse.

We produce a farmstead goat cheese that has gained a world class status. This year our Tome cheese was awarded Best of Show at the annual Utah Cheese Competition. This cheese is marketed by Caputo's Deli, the finest deli in Salt Lake City. We have a store front that also allows us to direct market our cheese, added value vegetables and breads to tourists visiting the area. We also participate in a weekly farmers' market.
