General Description: Lowlands Farm is a 4 acre flower and produce farm located in beautiful Snohomish, Washington. We use organic and sustainable farming practices to care for the land and resources, ensuring that only the highest quality products reach our customers. Stewardship of the farm means not only caring for the land, but also cultivating community and providing a living wage for our farmers and staff.
We practice sustainable farming techniques by utilizing integrated pest management, organic soil amendments, cover crops, crop rotation plans, efficient water usage, and lean farm management principles. We are a new but growing business and in the coming year we will be expanding into farmers' markets, wholesale, and wedding florals in addition to our existing vegetable and flower CSA program.

We are looking for a hard-working, passionate, self-motivated, and positive team player to join our farm crew. Farm Crew members are the backbone of our farm operation and have the opportunity to be involved in most facets of the farm.

Our team of 3-4 Crew members work alongside the Farm Manager learning everything from record keeping to transplanting to harvest. Depending on work schedule and interest, crew members may choose to focus on flower or vegetable production.
