Stipend: The stipend is $225/ week paid weekly based on 45 hours per week, however, this is pro-rated, and you will be paid according to how many hours are actually worked. In the spring and later in October, you can expect to work 45-50 hours/week. August 1st till the end of September is very busy, some weeks reaching 55-60 hours/week. This is only necessary during this busy harvest time. The growing season in Colorado is short, and the intensive harvest time of the heat loving plants is also! We have to work hard to get the harvest in when it is ready. We realize that these are a lot of hours, and are committed to working together as a team to get the job done.
