For example, the firm is currently constructing a lagoon enclosure in Texas that will result in the collection of 60,000 cubic feet of biogas, which will be ducted to boilers on-site. The Maryland Farm Energy Audit Program: Phase II is a continuation of the successful Maryland Farm Energy Audit Program: Phase I, completed in 2006. This program offers agricultural producers in Maryland's Allegany, Carroll, Frederick, Garrett and Washington farm energy audits. Producers must have a minimum electricity usage of 10,000 kWh annually. This is a collaborative cost share program funded by USDA's Natural Resources Conservation Service in Maryland, the Maryland Energy Administration, and the Maryland Department of Agriculture. This program closes in December, 2008. EnSave supports the American agricultural sector with innovative energy efficiency and resource conservation solutions. EnSave's clients include state and federal energy and environmental agencies, investor-owned utilities, and rural electric cooperatives.
