In operation April 1st through November 30th, 6 days/ week. Reserve early in the season if specific dates are desired. Fee based on flat rate of $450/ 10-hr day for truck + one crew member; overtime, bags and add'l crew extra (combo flat rate & production pc rate). Prod. volume/ day depends on location, species, and style of processing (aprox. up to 200 whole chicken/ day). Product is air chilled, bagged,& labeled w/ weight.

Rental Fee is $20/day with a $40 refundable cleaning deposit. Make a reservation in advance. Equipment available to rent for producers in Pierce, Thurston, Kitsap, King, Mason, Lewis counties Package includes: 8 regular poultry cones, 4 turkey cones, dunker, scalder, and plucker. Some necessary equipment is not included in rental and will need to be provided by borrower: propane for heating scald water, access to power source for plucker plug-in, knives, bags, chill tanks, buckets, and scrub brushes for clean up.
