Permalink Chicago Introduces Local Food Systems Website, Video

The Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP) has published a new component of its Go To 2040 campaign, which seeks, in part, to foster sustainability in Chicago's food system. The project explains the importance of local food production in improving the economic vitality of urban and rural communities through an online video and a website. The site provides a number of resources to help local governments support local food systems.
