Permalink 'Field to Fork' Webinar Series Focuses on Specialty Crops

North Dakota State University Extension Service is presenting "Field to Fork," a series of 11 free webinars in which experts from across the region will provide information about growing, transporting, processing, and serving specialty-crop fruits and vegetables safely. The first one-hour webinar is February 14, 2018, and the series continues weekly until April 25, 2018. Topics include seed selection, high tunnels, organic weed management, cottage food law, safe food sampling, and more.
