Conservation Innovation Grants in Pennsylvania
Proposals are due by May 26, 2023.
USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in Pennsylvania is accepting proposals for $150,00 in Conservation Innovation Grants (CIG). CIG projects are expected to lead to the transfer of conservation technologies, management systems, and innovative approaches to agricultural producers, into NRCS technical manuals and guides, or to the private sector. CIG generally funds pilot projects, field demonstrations, and innovative ways to transfer conservation methods from one geographic area or ag sector to another. State priorities for funding are listed online. The maximum grant is $75,000.
