General Farm Description: Berry Brook Farm is owned and operated by Eleanor Blakeslee and Patrick Hennebery. We grow certified organic produce of exceptional quality on about 6 acres in the beautiful Western Catskill Mountains of New York (3 hours NW of NYC). The majority of our sales come from farmers' markets, with additional sales from a cooperative CSA in NYC and to local stores and restaurants. The work environment at Berry Brook Farm is fun-loving and hard-working. Crew Members can learn all they want to know about starting a successful farm on a shoe-string. Our ultimate goals are to continue to grow top quality produce, to provide a respectable living for ourselves and our employees, and to contribute to the bright future of organic farming in New York.CRAFT Member Farm?
