Internship informationGeneral Farm Description: Millstone Farm is a private, family-owned farm focused on regenerative farming, educational opportunities and innovative technologies that improve the health of our community, our animals and our land. Our property is a 75-acre farm in Wilton, CT. We are a working farm with many different components including: diversified livestock, 3 acres of intensively produced vegetable crops, and an international level equestrian facility. Our farmers are committed to strengthening ties between the surrounding community and our land through our Community Supported Agriculture program and farm workshops. We are proud to have longstanding partnerships with many local markets and chefs in our area as well as a number of community organizations and non-profits.

We are looking for an Head Gardener,responsible for maintaining 3 acres of intensively produced crops, overseeing seasonal staff, and communicating with customers. The ideal candidate will be well organized, hard-working, diversely skilled, and eager to learn. The commitment to a team-oriented and family-friendly working environment is a priority.

Meals: Farm produce and bulk food purchases are available to interns.
Stipend: Yes, successful applicants are eligible for a stipend during their internship and this is based off of previous experience and reference.
