Anything beyond 6 hours I am willing to compensate for. Early season will be mulching, hand weeding, some hoeing and participating in transplanting along with baling hay in June. Mid-season will be helping more with harvesting and weed control, August is busy with harvesting green beans, weeds and a late season baling.
Educational Opportunities: I was fortunate enough to have a really knowledgeable employer in my past and many experiences in farming to share. I am a carpenter, have a stick welder on site, mechanical skills, we can, ferment, pickle and preserve foods. Learn to drive a tractor or stick shift?
Skills Desired: Some farm experience would be good but not necessary.
