This CFSA workshop is designed with the small-scale producer in mind. What food safety risks are present on small farms? What are the most efficient ways to mitigate those risks? What is the GAP auditing process like for small-scale producers? This workshop will cover all these questions and more with a morning classroom component, followed by a hands-on demonstration of various food-safety tools in the afternoon.
