The second annual Purdue Small Farm Educational Field Day will emphasize sustainability in small-scale fruit and vegetable production, in terms of plant health and business management. It offers 10 educational sessions presented by Purdue agriculture faculty, designed for small-scale vegetable farmers. Morning educational sessions are followed by hands-on activities and demonstrations at Purdue University Student Farm. Topics will include high tunnels, tools, food safety, and post-harvest processing.
