Internship information
General Farm Description: We are located on the western slope of the Colorado Rockies, where the high desert meets the mountains. Our 28 acre farm is transitioning from a primarily hay farm to a hemp and permaculture farm. The farm property operates year round as a Bed and Breakfast. Our guests arrive primarily from Colorado but also visit from all parts of the world. They love the ambiance and the surrounding beauty. The farm is beautiful, well cared for and includes a two acre vineyard and a two acre mini-forest. In the gardens there are goji berries, food production beds, raspberry bushes, peach, apricot, apple and cherry trees, and more. The 2019 season will be phase one of a transition to hemp growing within a permaculture system.
