General Farm Description: Echo Creek Farm is a small certified organic vegetable farm in upstate New York. Our produce is sold at several New York City Farmers Markets twice a week. We grow a diverse range of vegetables but have a strong focus on greens. We use both tilling and no-till practices based on crop and field placement. The majority of our work is done by hand. Our farm produces from both fields and tunnels. We strive toward our farm system having a highly intensive cash crop rotation balanced with healthy soil and farm practices.
