Here at Lake Breeze Organics we are looking for one excited motivated individual to join our team of organic all stars! We are looking for a special person that combines a passion for organic farming with a can do attitude. Our current team can do it all but we are looking to expand with our eyes on the long term. Someone with infectious positive energy that can help our team reach a new level of working harmony. This candidate should be in good physical shape and should be able to perform all the duties required on a farm. This position will be a work education internship immersing the candidate in all aspects of the farm. We are looking for interns that are interested in becoming longer term employees but we are also interested in candidates that want to go on to start their own farms. Lake Breeze is a great place to learn how to run a successful small farm business. With over 16 years of market farming we are a well positioned stable farm. We recently reached a deal to acquire the farm next door vastly increasing the size of our main farm. We are a very family friendly farm and there would be a possibility to take on a parent with a child. We have a Montessori teacher staying on the farm from June until November to teach our 7 year old son and possibly a few of our customers kids as well. We also have an opportunity for someone interested in starting a bee operation on our recently acquired farm next door. If you are experienced and you are looking for a place to do quality honey we have the perfect spot for you. We are looking forward to our most exciting year yet and we look forward to hearing from you.
