We’re looking for someone to join our Farm Crew for 25-35 hours a week, available Tuesday-Friday, starting immediately (Summer 2020) and working through our main season (end of November), with opportunity to extend through the winter and beyond.

Farm Crew members participate in all aspects of our small-scale vegetable and flower farm. Duties include, but are not limited to: greenhouse work, planting, cutting flowers and harvesting produce, post-harvest handling and flower arranging, weeding/hoeing, irrigation, amending and composting beds.

Applicants should be able to work consistently in all sorts of weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, wet), be engaged, self-motivated, and able to follow instructions. Come with a desire to learn! This is a great opportunity to experience more about what it takes to operate a vegetable and flower farm and we will do our best to teach you what we know.

Prior farm experience is a plus, but not a requirement. We offer farm lunch to all of the Farm Crew as well as produce and flowers from the farm. Starting wage is $10/hr, depending on experience. Please send an email telling us why you want to work on our farm and a resume to mightytendril@gmail.com
