Internship informationGeneral Farm Description: We are an urban farm in Portland, Oregon and Longview, Washington. We grow greens, fruit and vegetables for restaurants and the farmers market. High production market gardening with emphasis on salad greens.

We offer a paid internship for the whole season. You will learn our process from seed to market by helping with soil health, bed prep, irrigation setup, seed planting, seed saving, weeding, transplanting, watering, pest abatement, harvesting, washing and packing. 40 hours per week. Mon-Sat 7:30 (8 during DST) – Noon (12:30), plus flexible afternoon hours.

Skills Desired: We are looking for someone with experience in gardening or farming.
Meals: We do not provide meals, but do provide food staples for meal prep.
Stipend: We will offer a small stipend to be determined at the time of interview based on experience. Please note: Special days off will need to be discussed at the time of interview.
Housing: Yes. We have a small, private trailer for sleeping, and shared bathroom and kitchen in the main house.
