General Description: My wife and I operate an organic dairy and are expanding into organic beef production, an organic market garden complete with a CSA (Community Certified Agriculture) and run a retail store on the farm. The farm store also features a tea house where we serve lunch and cater special meals and events. Our organic farm is an exciting and diverse operation that is unique to the country community and a fun place to live and work.

Internship Starts: Negotiable - spring, summer and fall

Housing: A furnished mobile home is available on the farm.

Internship Details: Looking for someone that can take a responsible role developing the vegetable market garden and willing to learn to work with cattle and milk the cows.

General work expectations: 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. Weekends off except for occasional weekend milking. Some hours in Summer may be longer due to the harvesting that is required.
