Internship Details: Crane Hill, Alabama. I have 59 acres of mixed pasture & forest (25-30 acres pasture, fenced) that I want to transition to sustainable production. The land hasn’t been farmed in 7-8 years. There is an old chicken house (300’ x 40’) that is great for storage. Two creeks, building a pond & well on site. I would like to partner with an individual or couple that has experience in sustainable farming. I will provide the land, equipment, mobile home, stock, seed, etc. You live on the land and provide the plan and effort to make it successful. I want to discuss an incentive plan that will help you make this a success for both of us. The land is available now but I want to be underway by the spring of 2011. Please contact Gary Martin (205) 837-7203 burtchmartin143@me.com for further information.
