General Description: Zeigekase Farm (goat cheese farm in German) is a 10 acre Organic sustainable farm surrounded by 1000 acres of BIG AG. We are a small German farm and we live/eat healthy. We produce a lot of value-added products. Local jellies and jams, European breads, fresh pastas and pastries, goat cheese pizzas, CSA or Organic veggie production, goat dairy exp milking/herd management, goat milk soap - beauty products, hard and soft chevre' cheese making, dehydrating food, canning the harvest, wild foraging.

Internship Starts: Immediately (November 2017)

Minimum Length of Stay: No requirement

Meals: Meals provided.

Skills Desired: Experienced or determined self-starter with farm references.

Educational Opportunities: Opportunity to learn about goat dairying and goat yoga.

Stipend: Gas/spots paid when going to markets (should have truck/car). Stipend/commission available. (We offer a $200 a month stipend and $1000 after successful completion of the season.)

Housing: Housing on dairy farm.
