General Description:
We are a 2 acre farm just north of Santa Fe (12 Minutes outside of city centre!). The Rooted Leaf is attached to Arroyo Vino restaurant and was sprouted out of a chef/farmer collaboration.

This year, we will be doing 2 farmers markets, and working with 3-4 other local chefs. We also grow our own plants and sell them, and have cut flowers, and funky specialty greens we like to experiment with growing!

Minimum Length of Stay: preferred entire six months, 3 month minimum

Skills Desired:
No previous experience needed/desired Must be able to work around honeybees (we have 5 hives in very close proximity to the farm.

Must have a drive to work hard and bring in good communication skills, healthy boundaries, and a desire to work on a team- both with the other RL interns as well as the chef, and the restaurant staff.

Educational Opportunities:
basic 101 of learning about organic practices and high desert growing.

Internship Details:
Looking for two interns that are interested in learning the basics of organic based growing. The Rooted Leaf is a unique garden/farm as we are working under the umbrella of "chef/farmer" "restaurant/farm" growing and relationship.

Looking for 3-4 days a week of work (25-30 hours a week). preferred 6 months, 3 months minimum.
