General Description: We operate a grass-pastured, raw-aged, sheep milk cheese dairy. Volunteers can learn how to deliver lambs, milk sheep, make cheese, care for the cheeses (in the cave), etc. Duties include milking, moving fences, irrigation repair, etc., in exchange for room and board. We plant gardens and grow much of our own food. Our farm is in the middle of fruit heaven, near some incredible hiking. We go swimming and whitewater rafting in the Wenatchee River.
