North Central IPM Center Moves to Iowa State University

The North Central Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Center, one of four IPM centers in the United States and the one that represents the 12 Midwestern states, will move to Iowa State University with a four-year grant from the United States Department of Agriculture National Institute of Food and Agriculture. The Center focuses on pest management tools to protect agricultural production, including specialty crops, as well as people’s health and the environment. The new center will share information about pest control and manage an annual grant program to support pest-control collaboration across state borders.
