Pennsylvania Farm Vitality Planning Grant

Pennsylvania’s Farm Vitality Planning Grant Program will help fund professional services for those planning for the future of a farm. The program will provide up to $7,500 in 75% funding match to support ag professionals assisting with business, transition, and/or succession plan development and the related documents they create.
