Practical Farmers of Iowa Grazing Infrastructure Cost Share

Practical Farmers of Iowa is offering a cost share for member farmers who wish to adopt regenerative grazing practices that improve forage, soil, and water quality. Farmers will receive up to $5,000 to purchase portable, temporary fencing supplies; water transport and distribution supplies; and portable housing for grazing livestock. Applicants must be eligible for EQIP and cannot stack this funding with NRCS cost share. Beginning and socially disadvantaged farmers receive priority.
