This is the Web site of the National Sustainable Agriculture Project, managed by the National Center for Appropriate Technology (NCAT).
We collect the IP address, domain name and geographic location, but not the e-mail address, of visitors to our Web site. In addition, we collect aggregate usage information on numbers of individuals visiting pages and length of viewing pages. The information collected may be used to improve the content of our Web site. Visitor addresses will not be shared with other organizations or used for commercial purposes.
We do not sell, rent, give or lend personal information about our site visitors and/or clients to any advertisers. We disclose personal information only to the extent necessary to respond to your information request. For instance, if you submit a question to us, the experts responding to your query will be better able to respond if they know your location and the activity in which you are involved. Plus, they need to know how to contact you with the reply to your question.
Information on clients may be aggregated in order to report on services rendered to certain geographical areas or client types, in support of continuation or expansion of our services. Your question may be used on the Web site as a Question of the Week, identifying you only by initials and state.
Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you transmit information at your own risk.
