Report Highlights Agroecology Practices Around the World

Communities Charting a New Direction with Agroecology, a new, 11-page report from the Institute for Agriculture & Trade Policy (IATP), highlights agroecology case studies from around the world. Communities from South Africa to Minnesota are using agroecology to strengthen local food systems, says IATP, and this report compiles excerpts from a monthly series of articles on agroecology in practice around the world to demonstrate the potential of integrated agroecological solutions to some of the food system’s biggest challenges. The publication makes the case that these innovative and resilient approaches need policy support and funding.
