Sustainable Hospital Food Service: Farm to Healthcare Conference Keynote

Jessica Wilcox, the Food and Nutrition Services Manager at Livingston Healthcare, and Dr. Alison Harmon, Associate Professor of Foods and Nutrition and Sustainable Food Systems present on recent research done on sustainable foodservice in rural hospitals in the state of Montana.
