Etheridge Seed Farms — Powell, Wyoming

Etheridge Seed Farms is seeking motivated individuals for a hands-on agricultural internship on our multi-generation grass seed farm in Northwest Wyoming. This opportunity provides real-world experience in seed production while working alongside experienced regional growers.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
• Grass seed planting and establishment
• Field preparation and crop planning
• Irrigation practices and field management
• Harvest operations and equipment support
• Machinery repair and maintenance fundamentals
• Weed identification and control strategies
• Seed production systems and collaboration with other growers

SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Hard-working with strong work ethic
• Collaborative and team-oriented
• Interested in agriculture, mechanics, or agronomy
• Willing to learn and take initiative
• Comfortable working outdoors

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Starting wage: $14 per hour
