Cheesemaking, yogurt making, affinage and farm markets:
We produce over 40 products from sheep, goat and cow milk . Intern involvement in artisan cheesemaking, cave aging (affinage) and farmer markets.
Min internship 6 months up to 12 months.
Housing free onsite, must reside onsite.
Educational Opportunities: deep dive into cheesemaking, aging and marketing.
Skills Desired: food passion, possibly food science possible biotech

Stipend: Yes, 300/week+ free housing+ bonus at markets
