Keep It Real Vegetables is a regenerative urban farming project located in Layton, Utah. Formerly an urban backyard farming operation in Salt Lake City for thirteen years, we transitioned to a larger more permanent single farm location in 2024. We grow produce by hand on roughly two acres of historical farmland near the shore of the Great Salt Lake in Utah.
