I began farming as an apprentice about 15 years ago, becoming a farm manager and then helping to start a farm. Five years ago I purchased land in Freehold and have built a market garden business. Our motto has been "Food With Integrity". Some guiding principles are "Grow great food, Grow it sustainably, Keep it affordable, Keep improving, Everything with generosity."
