The Three Springs Biodynamic Farming Internship offers hands-on experience in regenerative, Biodynamic vegetable farming practices such as planting with the Moon cycles and applying herbal remedies to the soil and community supported agriculture production, harvesting and delivery. Our Farm Interns are important leaders in their own right, helping to guide school group students, and volunteers who visit the farm. Through community action, we learn together how to support the farm and all its inhabitants, so it can in turn support our community of farmers and eaters.
Interns receive on-site trailer housing, farm produce & staple foods. The Internship is a part time, four day a week vocational training, allowing interns the time to pursue a part time job or other interests or education in their free time. Additional requirements include a background check, an internship completion deposit of $400, returned upon successful completion of the internship (minimum 8 weeks up to 12 months; paid second year internship available), and proof of health insurance coverage. Couples who wish to farm together are welcome to apply.
