General Farm Description: Hearth Farm is a 4 acre organic operation in the Snoqualmie Valley, on Snoqualmie People's land. It is in Carnation, WA. We supply produce and pork to the Grange, our farm to table restaurant.

Farm Worker/Farm Stand Coordinator
March-November, full time

Prior farm experience necessary.

Hearth Farm duties: seed propagation and other greenhouse work; field cultivation, planting, weeding, irrigation, harvesting, processing, and packing; maintaining records of work done, seeds planted, produce harvested. Occasional work with hogs and upper farm infrastructure. This person will oversee produce or-der fulfillment for Grange chef and Grange General Store’s farm stand.

Farm Stand duties: produce inventory, restaurant order fulfillment, maintenance of a vibrant farm stand within General Store, work POS, work with public, prob-lem-solve.

This person will work under the guidance of the farmer/restaurant owner.

Must have: ability to lift 50 lbs, strong and independent work ethic, responsive customer service, flexibility in both body and mind, organizational skills for mainte-nance of tools, crops, and record-keeping. Must have own transportation and driver’s license.
