General Farm Description: The Patterson School Incubator Farm (PSIF) is an incubator farm program that provides affordable land, equipment, living space, and training to start-up level sustainable agribusinesses. PSIF owns and leases two greenhouses, high tunnels, tractors, biochar kilns, and ample arable land on our 1400 acre campus. As an educational non-profit, we also host on-site workshops and seminars centered around sustainable-agriculture and food-system related topics- which are free to our incubator farmers.
