We are the first Certified B Corp winery in Washington State, meeting high standards valuing social and environmental impact. We hand tend 8+ acres with the goals of caring for the earth in a sustainable way, promoting a healthy work- life balance, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our local community. Internship Details:

The Vineyard and Tasting Room Crew is a part-time position that is split between the vineyard during the week and the tasting room on the weekend. We are looking for someone who is interested in working outside while getting to intimately know our beautiful old grape vines and learn how to care for them throughout the season. Farming or similar outdoor work experience is helpful but not required. While the nature of farming requires repetitive and sometimes challenging movements, we highly value body health and do our best to ensure people are not pushed past their limits.

Our tasting room is farmer-friendly in that we value the work we do in the vineyard and like to share our unique experiences with the customers we interact with. Due to the nature of being a small crew, there is the opportunity to get involved in many realms of both the vineyard and winery; having flexibility and willingness to do a variety of tasks is key.

21 years of age or older. Have a MAST permit or ability to obtain one.
Enthusiastic self-starter and able to solve problems
Enjoy working with people. Customer service experience preferred.
Interest in and desire to learn about farming and cool climate wines.
Can work in a small group setting and independently with direction.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time. Repetitive motions like pushing, pulling, kneeling, squatting, reaching, grabbing required.

Compensation: Starting $16.50/hour + tips (average $5-10/hr for tasting room, $1-2/hr for vineyard). Wine credit.

Approx. hours per week: 16-24 vineyard, 6-12 tasting room. Must have weekend availability.

To apply, please email your resume and a cover letter explaining why you would be a good fit for our team to with the subject line “Vineyard and Tasting Room Crew”. Wit and candor welcome.
