General Farm Description: Quivira Coalition’s New Agrarian Program (NAP) applications for 2024 apprenticeships are open NOVEMBER 1- DECEMBER 15, 2023 or once all positions are filled. Apprenticeships take place on working ranches and farms practicing regenerative agriculture across the Intermountain West. Internship Starts: March/April 2024

Number of Internship Available: Multiple mentor sites throughout Montana and Colorado
Application Deadline: December 15, 2023 or until all positions are filled
Minimum Length of Stay: 8 months
Internship Details:
These 8-month, full-time, paid apprenticeships include housing and will allow apprentices to be fully immersed in the work of an operation. Support from the program includes an education stipend, supplemental education Zoom calls, 1:1 check-ins with a coordinator, and networking opportunities to kick-start a career in regenerative ag. Skills Desired: Yes, some experience in farming or ranching is preferred.
Meals: Some meals and/or meat are provided to the apprentice. This will vary by mentor site.
