Preparation Underway for International Year of Rangelands and Pastoralists

The United Nations General Assembly declared 2026 the International Year of Rangelands and Pastoralists. The International Year of Rangelands and Pastoralists website offers a collection of resources to support this worldwide observance, including an introductory video on the global importance of rangeland, videos on pastoralism and rangeland science, and feature stories of rangelands across the world and the people who care for them.
