General Farm Description: Herb Pharm’s farm in Williams, Oregon, is a picturesque and sustainably managed property nestled in the lush Applegate Valley. Spanning over 85 acres, the farm is dedicated to growing certified organic medicinal herbs, many of which are used in the production of Herb Pharm’s high-quality herbal extracts. The farm is a vibrant blend of cultivated fields, wild-harvest areas, and natural ecosystems. It features a wide variety of herbs, including echinacea, calendula, ashwagandha, and valerian, grown in nutrient-rich soil using sustainable and organic practices. The commitment to environmental stewardship is evident in every aspect of farm operations, from crop rotation and composting to water conservation and pollinator support. Our Herbaculture Internship Program offers a rigorous and intensive immersion into the cultivation and use of plants commonly used in herbalism.
