Guide Helps Employers Implement Food-as-Health Strategies

A new report from the Milken Institute is designed to help employers implement food-as-health strategies to help create a healthier, happier workforce. A Blueprint for Employer-Led Food as Health Strategies can serve as a roadmap for employers, their partners, and food-as-health advocates seeking to improve employee well-being by integrating food into employee health and wellness benefits. The publication guides employers through designing, activating, and evaluating a program. Food as health programs can include strategies such as CSA vouchers and education on preparing and preserving food.
