Cattle grazing in a silvopasture

Missouri Silvopasture Incentive

Enrollment ends July 31, 2025.
The Missouri Conservation Crop and Livestock (CRCL) Project offers incentive payments to Missouri producers that encourage the adoption of a wide range of conservation practices to create more resilient crop and livestock systems. The Silvopasture program provides payments ranging from $20 to $50 per tree, depending on species, to plant trees on pastures, a practice that integrates trees, pasture, and livestock to provide shade, shelter, and other benefits.
