Minnesota AGRI Urban Agriculture Grant

Applications must be submitted by February 26, 2026.
The Minnesota Department of Agriculture is accepting applications for two types of urban agriculture grants: AGRI Urban Agriculture Youth Education Grants support projects that establish or expand agriculture-based education programs serving youth, and AGRI Urban Agriculture Community and Economic Development Grants support projects that strengthen community development or increase economic vitality through urban agriculture. Grant funds may be used to purchase equipment, make physical improvements, develop curriculum, provide transportation to Minnesota farms for youth field trips, and more. Applicants may request $5,000 to $75,000 per project, with a minimum 25% cash match.
