Internship information
General Farm Description: Chimalow Produce is entering its sixth season. We are growing three acres of mixed vegetables, culinary herbs and berries in Chimacum, WA. The name Chimalow comes from our history of growing on multiple properties in Chimacum and Port Ludlow. Our primary goal for 2026 is continue to settling into our newly centralized base of operation, strengthen our existing systems and - most importantly - have fun grow an abundant variety of produce. We sell the majority of our produce at the Port Townsend Farmers Market on Saturdays (from April to December) and on Wednesdays (June-Sept). We also sell to our local grocery stores and to local restaurants, caterers, food banks, and food processors. In 2026, we are excited to launch a new CSA program. At Chimalow Produce, you’ll work with a small crew and gain hands-on experience in holistic, responsible soil management. We are committed to growing the highest quality produce possible for all of our customers.CRAFT Member Farm? No
