General Farm Description: For over thirty years, That Guy’s Family Farm has supplied the local community with high quality certified organic produce. Currently, three generations live and work on the family farm. A comprehensive organic vegetable farm education is guaranteed! Come experience for yourself how our family farm has successfully been slinging produce for over 30 years!
Summary: We are seeking a reliable, passionate individual interested in learning the ins and outs of organic farming who isn’t afraid of hard work. You will work alongside our lead farmer on our 2026 field crew.
Requirements:
- Availability Monday-Friday, 8-5
- This is a physically demanding job. Applicants need to be able to work outside in all weather conditions, lift heavy objects, and stand on feet most of the day.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Applicants must have their own method of transportation
