Agroforestry Demonstration Farm Network Launching in Wisconsin
The Savanna Institute and the Natural Resources Conservation Service in Wisconsin are launching an Agroforestry Demonstration Farm Network. The organizers announced plans for field days and community-building events at farms across the state, starting next summer. There will also be opportunities for farms to host on-farm research and connect with experts in the industry. The network needs farms that are practicing agroforestry to partner in hosting events. Farmers will be paid for their time and expertise. Farmers who are interested in participating can fill out an online survey to begin exploring the process.
