California FarmLink Offering Online Course for Agricultural Employers

California FarmLink is accepting enrollments in its Employment Resilerator course until November 23, 2025. The Employment Resilerator is a ten-week virtual course designed to help agricultural business owners become exceptional employers, stay compliant with labor laws, and create high-quality jobs. The course begins on January 8, 2026, and takes place each Thursday morning from 10-12. A $200 course fee is refundable upon completion. This intermediate-level course covers topics such as compensation and benefits, onboarding and offboarding, training, workplace safety, creating a respectful work culture, and communication and conflict resolution skill-building.
