I am looking for a couple more crew members to join our farm this summer! Work is basic small-scale farm work – soil prep, planting, weeding and harvesting. We grow intensively planted Certified Organic vegetables both in the field and in high tunnels, as well as annual and perennial flowers for market sales. Looking for 5 days a week from May through September. Please see our website for a lot more detail!
Educational Opportunities: I have run internship programs in the past and while this is not technically a formal internship there are lots of opportunities to learn and ask questions. I work directly side by side with crew daily and have several returning long-term employees as well. I LOVE to talk about farming and to explain and teach why we do what we do!
Skills Desired: No, but I prefer some experience with outdoor and physical labor of any kind.

Stipend: $12/hour starting rate, with more available depending on experience.
