Internship information
General Farm Description: About Regronomy Regronomy is building a new kind of food system in Memphis and the Mid-South. As a local produce distributor, we contract with established farms to grow high-quality crops like tomatoes, berries, and herbs in controlled environments. We aggregate, wash, pack, and distribute these products under the “Memphis Grown” brand to major retailers and institutional buyers. Our mission is to capture part of the $542 million annual produce market currently consumed in the region by building a reliable, resilient, and equitable local food system. Farmers benefit from guaranteed contracts and technical support, while retailers gain consistent, longer-lasting produce with a strong local identity. Regronomy is currently in the startup and trial phase, preparing to launch operations at our pilot production site in 2026. This initial phase will establish production credibility through high-quality execution of contracted crops and retail-standard processing. The Farm Operations Manager will play a critical role in proving the model, ensuring consistency, and building the foundation for scaling across additional sites in the Mid-South region.CRAFT Member Farm?
